1. Who may use Sayora
Sayora is intended only for people aged 16 or older at launch. Registration requires a versioned age attestation. The full birth date used for the check is not retained by Sayora.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for access to your email and linked Apple or Google account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your Sayora account. Staff administration requires separate authorization and multi-factor authentication.
3. Learning service and AI
Sayora provides educational practice, not certified translation, immigration, legal, medical, or professional advice. AI-assisted feedback is labeled, optional, and may be uncertain. Deterministic and text alternatives remain available when a provider is unavailable.
4. Subscriptions
The US reference price is $14.99 monthly or $99.99 annually. An eligible annual subscription includes a seven-day trial. Final price, tax, renewal timing, cancellation route, refund rights, and mandatory regional disclosures must appear before purchase. Web subscriptions are managed through Stripe; mobile subscriptions stay with Apple or Google.
5. Fair use
Do not misuse the service, probe other learners’ data, evade quotas, upload unlawful material, interfere with availability, or use Sayora to harm others. AI and voice allowances are measured by the authoritative server record.
6. Content and feedback
Sayora curriculum may be used for personal learning subject to these terms. Published curriculum must pass the required human review gates. You retain rights in your own writing and feedback submissions, while granting only the permissions needed to provide and secure the service.
7. Changes, suspension, and ending service
You may stop using Sayora and request deletion through the Privacy center. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or material misuse, subject to applicable consumer law.
8. Regional terms and contact
Consumer protections and mandatory rights in your country continue to apply. Limitations of liability, dispute terms, governing law, legal entity name, addresses, and support contacts remain intentionally unset until counsel and the business owner approve them.
